KPL Custom Computers
Privacy Notice.
KPL Custom Computers is owned and operated by Keith Larson. This notice explains how I handle information you provide when contacting me or using my services.

Information you provide
I receive the details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your computer or service request. Please don’t include passwords or payment details in the website contact form.
How I use your information
I use your information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, provide services, and keep business records. I don’t sell customer information or use it for marketing.
Website and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, FormSubmit to process contact form submissions, and Google Workspace for email. I use Google Voice for business calls, texts, and voicemail, including voicemail transcriptions. These providers may process contact details, messages, and technical information such as IP addresses as part of their services.
I haven’t added advertising trackers or tools to analyze visitor activity. Hosting and security providers may still process technical information. The contact form uses a spam check through FormSubmit, which may involve Google reCAPTCHA and cookies used to help prevent automated submissions. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for more information.
For remote support, I use AnyDesk with your permission. AnyDesk may process connection and device information to provide the service. I don’t record sessions, and I disconnect when the work is finished.
I use Chase Payment Solutions to process card payments, including payment links and in-person contactless payments. Chase processes payment details and related transaction information to complete the payment. Please don’t send card numbers through the website contact form or by email.
Your files during service
If temporary file storage is needed during service, I’ll discuss it with you first. I may copy agreed files to my own storage, return them to your device after the work, and delete the temporary copy once the transfer is checked. I do not provide ongoing storage of customer files.
Business records
I retain customer correspondence and service records for reference, accounting, and other business needs. These records may be kept indefinitely. Temporary copies of customer files are handled separately as described above.

You can also email me to request a correction or deletion of your information. I’ll review your request and explain if any records need to be retained for accounting, legal, or other business requirements.
